The noisy tray game
By placing pairs of objects on a tray that produce different noises by banging them together (for example two pot lids, two wooden spoons, two maracas, two toys) the child will begin to discover that different materials produce different sounds. Next, try to categorize the different objects according to the intensity of the sound, loud or soft.

The game of wet glasses
